Rules and Regulations are strictly enforced
This includes all sources of income & a small percentage of assets.
No household may go over these amounts
- 1 Person Household $29,880
- 2 Person Household $34,200
- 3 Person Household $38,460
- 4 Person Household $42,720
*The above incomes are combined incomes for all members of the household *
Qualifications:
- All applicants must be 19 years of age or older
- Verifiable employment history for at least 1 year (Handicapped, disabled, or retired
- Persons do not have to comply with employment qualifications)
- Self-employed persons must provide copies of tax returns
- Favorable credit report & criminal background report
- Verifiable & favorable rental or mortgage history of at least 1 year
- At least 1 non-student in each household (ask your leasing agent for details)
- Minimum income of at least 2.5 times the rent per month
Rules and Regulations for all pets at the Canton Mill Lofts:
- 45 lbs combined weight limit, 2 pets per apartment,
- only select apartments are dog friendly
- With an additional $100.00 non-refundable fee up to 55 lbs allowed in E Building only

- Pit bulls
- Dobermans,
- Rottweilers
- German Shepherds
- Chow-chow
